Each item that we craft is researched extensively so we can offer you products that safely nourish, protect, heal, and sooth your skin. Our detergents are a part of that as well because they not only clean your clothes and dishes, but also allow you to keep your home free from dangerous chemicals.

ORDER TIMELINE

Green Earth Naturals handcrafts and ships out your item(s) within 1-5 business days of receiving payment. There may be times that orders are
delayed due to unforeseen events. Rest assured that we will contact you in the event that your order is behind and we will work to make sure
you are comfortable with how the order must progress. If rush delivery is needed, please let us know and we will try to accommodate; however, additional shipping charges may apply.

HANDMADE INFORMATION

The product(s) you receive might vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product(s) being 100% handmade to
order and the fact that natural ingredients do vary from batch to batch.

Care for your new product(s) by:
* Making sure to use clean, dry hands if touching the product in a jar
* Allowing your soaps to dry in between use
* Taking care to keep butters out of extreme heat

Your product(s) can be damaged if:
* Exposed to excessive heat
* Allowed to get too cold (simply a texture change that does not affect product quality)
* Allowed to get wet

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all items to the USA or Military addresses. Our company ships through the United States Postal Service (USPS). Depending on the size and weight, products will be shipped in a sturdy shipping box or USPS.

We use EcoEnclose for much of our packaging materials/boxes; however, we do use USPS boxes (also from recycled content) when necessary. We absolutely love EcoEnclose because it is made in the USA from 100% post-consumer and post-industrial content. The packaging, including the tissue paper, is fully recyclable and biodegradable, and there is absolutely no virgin fiber content.

We offer free shipping for orders shipped within the USA. Please contact us for shipping outside the USA.

Please make sure to check your shipping address. It is necessary to immediately let us know if the package should be shipped to an alternate location or if your shipping address was not correct. We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (WHEN APPLICABLE)

We happily support and love our international customers. We ship all International products through the USPS. Please contact us for all
international orders.

Green Earth Naturals is not responsible for duty or brokerage fees for international shipping. These charges come from your country during
importation of your package.

RETURNS

Most of our items cannot be returned due to the nature of the items. However, if there are any problems with your order, please contact us as we want to do our best to make it right, and provide all customers with a positive experience.
