How to use

Rub directly on the hair or between hands to create a fluffy lather. Massage into the hair and scalp and then rinse clean.

Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate is a surfactant derived from coconuts. It is truly one of the most gentle surfactants available and has been studied for safety quite often with excellent results. This coconut based surfactant has a rich and creamy foam that leaves your hair feeling conditioned and it is gentle enough on the skin that it is approved for leave-on applications.

Decyl Glucoside

Decyl Glucoside is a vegetable derived ecocert approved surfactant. Decyl Glucoside is derived from the renewable raw materials of sugar and coconut. This surfactant is readily bio-degradable and extremely mild on the skin and hair. Several clinical skin irritancy tests show decyl glucoside to be non irritating. Even at high concentrations with an extended contact period, there was no observable reaction on the skin.

Decyl Glucoside does not contain any impurities. Its chemical nature and the production process results in a surfactant without ethylene oxide or 1,4-dioxane.

Coco-glucoside

Cetyl Alcohol

Behentrimonium methosulfate (BTMS)
BTMS is derived from Colza oil and is not petrochemical based. Therefore it does not coat the hair and lead to build up. Instead, BTMS penetrates the hair for improved conditioning and an incredibly soft feel. BTMS also contains Cetearyl alcohol. Suggestions for use

Wet hair. Slide bar over wet hair several times. Massage in to hair and scalp to lather. Rinse thoroughly. Between uses, put the bar somewhere it can dry out in order to prolong the life of the bar. We always strive to make hard, long lasting shampoo bars that will not break down quickly. However, no matter our efforts to make a hard bar, it is always best to keep your soap in a dry place whenever possible. Even just allowing the shampoo bar to dry in between uses will be of benefit. All of the ideas below will greatly lengthen the life of your bar of shampoo!

–Remove shampoo from the shower or tub and place in a dry spot where it can drain well or place a dish with holes in your shower or tub area.
— When you receive the shampoo bar, cut it in half immediately and only use one half at a time in the shower or bath.
–Try to keep the shampoo bar in a less humid environment. This may mean using a bathroom fan or even just making sure that you allow the shower to dry out in between uses.
